our founder
Shireena El Gallal is a Yoga Teacher known for her passionate, artistic classes soulful teaching and adventures. Libyan American raised in Egypt her work bridges culture, connection, and community.
She has guided students through transformative experiences in Bali, Morocco, Mexico, and Costa Rica and is now eager to share the magic of the place she calls home: Egypt.
Shireena’s deep love for travel, cultural exploration and language learning fuels her belief that shared experiences can awaken our fullest potential and bring people closer together.
Through BIJA, she helps teachers curate meaningful journeys that weave movement, mindfulness, culture and exploration, inviting others to connect not only with themselves, but with one another and the world around them. Her mission is to unite poeple, and hold space where every experience feels like coming home to your tribe.
